On behalf of myself and the people of Lithuania, I extend congratulations on the occasion of Kazakhstan’s national holiday – Independence Day. I wish you and the people of your country prosperity and success.

On behalf of myself and the people of Lithuania, I would like to extend congratulations to you as newly elected President of the Swiss Confederation and wish you the best of success in discharging the important and responsible duties of your position.

I would like to extend sincere congratulations to you and the people of your country on the occasion of Finland’s Independence Day. I wish your country lasting prosperity and I wish you strength and unfading enthusiasm.

I wish to extend my congratulations, both personally and on behalf of the people of Lithuania, on the occasion of your national holiday – the 38th anniversary of the formation of the United Arab Emirates. I wish you and your country lasting prosperity and success.

On behalf of myself and the people of Lithuania, I congratulate you on the occasion of Romania’s national holiday – Unification Day. I wish you and your country lasting prosperity and success.

As Ukraine commemorates the 76th anniversary of the Great Famine (Holodomor), I would like on behalf of myself and Lithuania to extend strong support and solidarity with you and the people of Ukraine.

Please accept my cordial congratulations on the occasion of your national holiday. I wish you and the people of your country well-being and prosperity. Lithuania and Georgia are bound by similar history: both our countries became independent in the same year of the early twentieth century and at the end of the century both, Lithuania and Georgia, restored their independence almost at the same time. Regained freedom has opened the way for our societies to build democratic and stable states.

Please accept my cordial congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of Latvia – Independence Day. I wish you and the people of your country well-being and prosperity. I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank you for the warm reception offered to me in Riga during my first round of foreign visits. This visit and the recent discussion we had within the framework of the Riga Security Conference have further demonstrated that we must stand united when dealing with the common problems faced by the Baltic States. They have also confirmed that we must work together to overcome the economic crisis that affects us all, while at the same time retaining the focus on the implementation of regional projects of great importance to our countries and people.

On behalf of myself and the people of Lithuania, I extend congratulations on the anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey! I wish you the best of success and I wish your country lasting prosperity and well-being.
